This new feature enables contractors to “connect” with the property managers they do business with and who use RPM to run their business. Contractors can view and reply to estimates, view work needing carried out and upload photos and information of work completed.
This information is then recorded in real time back into RPM, notifying both the client and property manager of completed works if required. The contractor will also be able to upload their invoices for approval providing huge cost savings for the Property Management companies who embrace the technology as well as providing the contractors with the platform to interact with their clients and see what invoices have been approved.
