DEVELOPMENT UPDATES
How can your business benefit from Go Cardless integration?
We are working with the payment integration giant to provide our clients with another option to offer your customers easier payment options.
There are six main advantages of using GoCardless:
- Instant bank payments offer immediate confirmation of payment and next day settlement
- Lets clients set up Direct Debits for any day of the month
- Seamless integration with CPL and the client portal
- Automated process in CPL, once it’s set up there is no need to do anything more in the system
- Automatic reattempt to collect payment if it fails, and GoCardless will choose the day most likely to go through
- Removes red tape and bureaucracy
CPL Connect
CONNECT is our web-based product for your web browser, on any device. It’s coming alongside 2.60, which is released in the next four to six weeks. Clients who are signed up for the new CONNECT product will see that installed alongside the CORE application, and they’ll be able to use it straight away. The existing CORE product speaks to CONNECT and offers a lot more client interaction, as well as being able to use it on the go outside of your office, anywhere with an internet connection.
CONNECT provides more interaction between customers and you. It’s a way of being able to start your complaints procedures. It’s a way of being able to organize meetings with your customers and have that information feed back into the CPL CORE system.
“Connect gives you the ability to create a case for every different interaction with a client. That way you can track every thread of a conversation that is relevant to that case, whether that be a Job, a query, a dispute or a complaint.
Track the tasks that allow you to complete the interaction. Then there is the meetings module, track all the tasks that come out of a meeting with your customers…. Whats even better, when PORTAL 2.0 launches later in the year your customers will be able to track the cases too. If you want to take your customer service to another level CPL and Connect is a must for you.”
The new release of Blockworx was introduced in the last month. It is capable of accurately reading 99.99% of invoices. What does that mean for Blockworx users?
Contractor XYZ sets their invoices to email to ContractorXYZ@blockworx.co.uk
Blockworx picks it up reads it and allocates it to the factor it is for then reads all parts of the invoice. One small tick of a box in Blockworx ensures the contractor is happy and hey presto, it’s in the factors system to be accepted.
It is the kind of time-saving functionality that will make you wonder how you ever managed without it.
