OUR VACANCIES

Customer Success Manager

We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to help our customers get maximum value from our platform and build strong, lasting partnerships across our client base.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the property factoring / block management sector, including industry financial processes, who can combine customer relationship management with strategic insight. You’ll support customers from onboarding through to long-term success, working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience at every stage.

You’ll be a trusted point of contact for customers, a strong internal advocate for their needs, and a proactive voice in helping them adopt new capabilities, improve outcomes, and make the most of the full CPL solution: Proptimo.

Salary: £45,000–£60,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday

Location: Minimum 25% travel, remainder home-based

Our Team utilises each other’s strengths to support each other. With regular team catch-ups and 121s with our Line Managers, we have open lines of communication ensuring that our voices are heard, knowledge is transferred, and ideas are bounced around amongst each other to determine the best solution. Working with our Amazing team, I no longer have the Sunday Blues and look forward to the start of a new week!

CPL has given me the tools to provide a meaningful contribution to the development work, whilst still retaining the ability to focus on personal learning goals in and around work. When stuck on a task, I know I can rely on my team to assist me to get it through the finish line.
