DEVELOPMENT UPDATES
Automating the repairs and maintenance process
The new and improved version of Blockworx has been launched and is now helping clients and contractors to work together more easily and much more efficiently.
Feedback has been very positive and we continue to take comments and suggestions on board to continue making Blockworx the best app for repairs and maintenance. The developers are working on the next three releases making more product improvements and adding more and more functionality.
This includes a document library that will allow contractors to upload insurance and safety documentation that will automatically appear in CPL. This is a time-saving features that will be great for new contractors, adding and updating contractors and cuts down on admin and chasing. The next release is early August.
What can you get now?
One big advantage for our clients is the swift processing of invoices.
If you process only 50 invoices per week (10 per day)
that’s 800 minutes per month, or
over 13 hours, or
2 full days per month saved
This is a massive saving based on very conservative numbers of invoices processed.
