Friday 25th November
For the first time ever, the CPL team will be having a company-wide conference on Friday the 25th November. This means our support telephone lines will be on an answering service rather than being answered by one of the team. The team will have access to all tickets which are raised on the day via email and we would ask you to use this method on the day for anything which is urgent. Normal service will be resumed on Monday 28th Movember.

AT THE PMAS CONFERENCE 2022
A wee day out of the office and with clients!
We were pleased to offer our support to the event as the lead sponsor this year, and it really was great to see everyone there.

CPL 3.0 IS COMING
In 2021, we made a decision to introduce what we now call, ‘CPL 3.0’. After many meetings, conversations and ideas sessions, we agreed on what CPL 3.0 would deliver. 2022 is the year we make those ideas come to life, and we’re working on the prototype. It’s the next generation of CPL and we can’t wait to introduce it to you!
CPL 3.0 is a brand-new web-based platform that Will’s team have been working intensely on. It will sit alongside the current 2.0 version and you will have a common login, so when you log in to 2.0, you will also be able to view 3.0, making switching from old to new, nice and smooth.
To give you a flavour of what’s to come in 3.0, you will have:
– Customer care module
– Business development reporting
– Meetings
– Complaints handling
We will offer a sneak preview at the User Group we are planning to kick-start 2023.
I have no doubt CPL 3.0 will future-proof your business, helping you to improve your business processes even further, saving you time and money and streamlining your operations.
It’s possibly the most exciting development we’ve ever had!

BLOCKWORX
NEW Blockworx Release
Another successful Blockworx release took place on Monday 7th November, with users getting even more benefits from using the app and portal.
We’re continuing to work on the next release, which is already well underway and we are aiming for another new release in early Jan 2023 to start the New Year with a bang!
If you still haven’t added Blockworx to your suite of automating tools, please do chat to me about what it can do for your business, and eradicating monotonous manual processes, like invoicing!
USER GROUP
With more people meeting face to face again and with so many of you asking us when we will organise another User Group session. We’re now looking at early 2023 , and we will confirm a date towards the end of January / beginning of February.
