Job Title: Junior QA Analyst
Location: Remote Based (UK)
Salary: £25-30k (Depending on Experience).
We’re seeking a motivated Junior QA Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional software products. For a full briefing on the role, please watch our Overview Video.
What you’ll do:
- Execute manual tests across various platforms and browsers
- Identify, track, and report defects
- Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive test cases
- Prepare and manage test data
- Collaborate closely with development teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies and tools
What you’ll need:
- A strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies
- Experience with manual testing
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools
- A relevant higher education qualification or equivalent experience
- A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A collaborative team player attitude
Bonus points for:
- Experience in PropTech
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Understanding of accounting practices
- ISTQB or equivalent certification

With regular team catch-ups and 121s with our Line Managers, we have open lines of communication ensuring that our voices are heard, knowledge is transferred, and ideas are bounced around amongst each other to determine the best solution. Working with our Amazing team, I no longer have the Sunday Blues and look forward to the start of a new week!
CPL has given me the tools to provide a meaningful contribution to the development work, whilst still retaining the ability to focus on personal learning goals in and around work. When stuck on a task, I know I can rely on my team to assist me to get it through the finish line. Being able to communicate freely about these struggles, is one of the things that makes it great to work here. I can’t imagine working anywhere else.
