Our Team utilises each other’s strengths to support each other. With regular team catch-ups and 121s with our Line Managers, we have open lines of communication ensuring that our voices are heard, knowledge is transferred, and ideas are bounced around amongst each other to determine the best solution. Working with our Amazing team, I no longer have the Sunday Blues and look forward to the start of a new week!
CPL has given me the tools to provide a meaningful contribution to the development work, whilst still retaining the ability to focus on personal learning goals in and around work. When stuck on a task, I know I can rely on my team to assist me to get it through the finish line. Being able to communicate freely about these struggles, is one of the things that makes it great to work here. I can’t imagine working anywhere else.
